With my background in interior decorating, design and staging, I make sure every home looks its best before going on the market. Curb appeal is extremely important as it is the first thing a buyer sees before even going into the house. Once in, the interior must be inviting and coordinated, and the landscape manicured and clean. I work within the budget of my client to present a home that is appealing and saleable to get it sold in the least amount of time, for the highest price the market will bear.
Buying your Home
This process can be very overwhelming and I want to help make it a good experience with positive results. I am continually striving to stay current with market trends, new neighborhoods, and future developments. I listen to what you say and I promise, I won’t show you new construction if you are looking for a historical house! You will be involved in the buying process from beginning to end because your input is important and needed.
About Me
I lived in Los Angles for many years before coming to Austin. Don’t know why it took so long, but I’m finally here and now take great pleasure in saying I’m a Texan! Real estate is not a job for me, but a way of life. Every day brings something unexpected and surprising. While a single parent, I worked in the medical field for 14 years, owned a business, lost a business, got into remodeling and interior decorating/staging and then into real estate. I love to golf (I’m not that great but one good shot makes me feel like a pro), entertain and spend time with my family; a son, a daughter and two granddaughters.
